Drivers were being detoured off of northbound lanes along Route 1 — or Lincoln Highway — between Roosevelt Boulevard and Broad Street, through Philly’s Hunting Park section early Wednesday due to a crash.
As of about 4:45 a.m., all lanes of traffic along Route 1 at the exit for U.S. Route 611 and Broad Street, were closed due to a crash in the roadway.

Officials said drivers should expect delays through that area this morning.
Police did not immediately say how the crash occurred, how many vehicles might be involved or if anyone was injured in the crash.
But, clean ups were ongoing and an investigation into the crash was underway.
Officials initially said the roadway was expected to be reopened by 6:15 a.m.
